A DELAWARE BEACH ORIGINAL

Where Nalu
Began.

Regan and Kim Derrickson opened Nalu Hawaiian Surf Bar & Grille in Dewey Beach on April 24, 2008. The idea brought Pacific island fusion cuisine into a fun, open-air family restaurant on the Delaware coast.

On April 9, 2019, Nalu opened its second location in neighboring Rehoboth Beach. Two beach towns, one shared menu, and the same relaxed approach to dining.

Today, Nalu is part of Nalu Hospitality Group, alongside 1776 Steakhouse and Summer House. Each restaurant has its own personality, with a shared place in the Delaware beach community.
